Hi, I am Miguel Ellis, the founder, owner and the very hands behind every treatment at Zen Therapy and Wellness. I built Zen as a safe space where corrective skincare, holistic massage and real wellbeing meet in one calm room.

Our Town

A place named for healing waters.

Ocho Rios sits on the north coast of Saint Ann. The Spanish called this stretch Las Chorreras, meaning the waterfalls, for the cascades that tumble to the sea near Dunn's River. Over time the name softened into Ocho Rios.

So the town itself is named for water and healing flowing down through the hills. Zen Therapy carries that spirit forward, two minutes from the heart of it all on Milford Road.
