Hi, I am Miguel Ellis, the founder, owner and the very hands behind every treatment at Zen Therapy and Wellness. I built Zen as a safe space where corrective skincare, holistic massage and real wellbeing meet in one calm room.

We are at 2 Milford Road, beside the Seventh Day Adventist Church, in Ocho Rios, Saint Ann.

How do I book an appointment?

Book online through our booking page in under two minutes. A 50 percent deposit secures your time and the balance is settled at the spa.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50 percent non refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure all appointments.

I am visiting on a cruise or vacation. Can I book?

Absolutely. Many guests visit us between excursions near Dunn's River Falls. Choose your treatment and time online and we will be ready for you.
